PTSA NEEDS VOLUNTEERS
The PTSA Committees cannot function without student, teacher, and parent volunteers. We welcome those that just want to help on individual things too.
Volunteers for 2023-2024 School year are needed...Please volunteer for a committee.
Here is a brief summary of what each committee does:
Communications

Update the website

Hospitality

Assist with planning of Teacher Appreciation Events

Welcome visitors & guests at school functions

Send Thank you's to all that have donated goods and/or services

Run errands to pick up donations

Volunteer to serve at an event
Bylaws

Assist in development and revision of PTSA bylaws

Volunteer to attend a school board or HSVPTA meeting and report back
Membership

Work membership table at an event

Help the VP of Membership with administrative functions
Student Programs

Help teachers with school-wide programs (i.e. black history month, career events)

Volunteer to help at an event (band concert, choir, open house, freshman academy)
